So Long, Farewell from The Sound of Music

It's been quite a ride these past few months. Tori was chosen to star as "Gretl" in the high school production of Sound of Music. And Elizabeth got a lead role as "JoJo" in the middle school production of Seussical. Our home has been filled with music from both shows. Tori's show dates were April 19-21 and she did amazing. She learned her lines, sang her songs, danced when she needed to and smiled from ear to ear. We were so proud of her. She never complained through all the rehearsals, even tech week which ran till almost 10pm each night. She proved she had it in her to persevere. She'll always be a star in our eyes but this April she was able to be a Star to so many others. Way to go Tori-Bella!

Elizabeth got the role of "JoJo" in Seussical, Jr at the middle school. She has 2 solos and knocked it out of the park. I couldn't help but cry watching her sing her heart out on stage. She has such a sweet voice and did such a fabulous job. Pictures to follow...
